Delivery

FaceBace sample orders do not incur a postage charge.  Orders including a 30ml tube will incur a 'standard' delivery charge of £2.25 (3-5 working days delivery) or if requested a 'special' delivery charge of £5.00 (1-2 working days, no Sunday delivery) is available.

Returns Policy

We hope you are very pleased with your order.  Sample orders are non refundable and for hygiene reasons we will only refund other items that are faulty.  Of course if the items received do not match the order you placed, please let us know immediately by emailing info@facebace.co.uk. 

Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be accepted if email notification to info@facebace.co.uk is received before your order is despatched.
